I still haven't received my order. Is there a problem?

Tracking Your Order:

Chopstick Crafted orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days after you place your order. However, international shipping can sometimes experience delays, particularly for destinations outside of Vietnam.

Here's what you can do:

• Check Your Tracking: If you haven't received a tracking code yet, please let us know. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking code that allows you to follow its progress online.
• Allow Additional Time: If you have your tracking code, but it doesn't show any updates yet, please wait a few more days. International tracking information can sometimes take a while to become active.
• Contact Us: If it's been more than 15 business days since your order and you haven't received a tracking code, or if it's been more than 20 business days and your package hasn't arrived, please reply to this email, and we'll be happy to investigate further.
